I will be honest, when I saw the titles I wasn't sure if I would enjoy the overall theme of the stories - bare knuckle shifting championship. These books are soooooooo much more than just that. You are brought into the lives of the residents of Laughlin City and the Bar Knuckle - where the beer is always warm! You will experience a myriad of shifters from bears, oxen, and gorillas to sharks, not to mention the odd rhino! - I guarantee you will never get this diverse a range of shifters in any other book! You will learn how they log, laugh and love. You will love with them, fight with them, hate with them and overcome the most difficult of challenges - life.
